Owning a house, a condo, a townhouse or an apartment is one of the most rewarding things in life. Home ownership is about much more than just having a place to store your things.  It’s about having the freedom to create a home. YOUR home. It’s an exciting time in life, whether this is your first home or your tenth. One of the most common questions clients ask me after reviewing the home inspection report is how often they should perform the routine maintenance items I’ve outlined for them. To help, I’ve created a very easy guide (attached to this post) to help with that. I’ve also left some blank spaces for you to fill in with your own items, as every home has its own specific needs.
